Tussar Silks
Tussar silk is a type of pure silk cultivated from few varieties of wild silkworms. It is quite textured, comes in a range of natural colours like beige, cream, honey and tawny and has an uneven golden sheen. They are dyed and made into beautiful silk sarees and other clothing. They have unique thermal properties, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer. Tussar silk is widely produced in the states of West Bengal and Jharkand, India.
