Venkatagiri silk/pattu Saree is woven in Venkatagiri of Nellor district in the Indian State of Andra pradesh. It was registered as one of the geographical indications from Andhra Pradesh. Venkatagiri sarees are known for their fine weaving,fine quality and workmanship.

 This beautiful rich silk saree is in double shaded green and blue with silver checks   and ancient animal motifs all over the body. The contrast yellow pallu and border with silver zari compliments the saree. The yellow blouse piece matches the pallu with silver checks and designs for the sleeves.
